Full payment is due before 25 January 2023 (or within 2 weeks of registration, if you booked after 20 January 2023). There is a US$50 late fee thereafter.
Your place on this trek is confirmed only when you have made full payment.
If full payment has not been received by 20 January 2023 (or within 2 weeks of registration if you booked after 20 January 2023), we will contact you to confirm your attendance.
If we cannot reach you by 27 January 2024, we will offer your place to people on our waiting list.
Please send us a copy of your travel insurance policy no later than 4 March 2024. Read more about travel insurance here
For those who book after 20 January, 2024, full payment is due within 2 weeks of registration. There is a US$50 late fee thereafter.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

There is a US$80 – U$150 cancellation fee. See details below.
If we cancel this trek before departure for any reason, you are entitled to a complete refund of the cost paid, minus an administrative fee of US$80.
We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred in your preparation.
If you decide to cancel your registration, please notify us in writing before departure.

Should you need to cancel your registration, we will happily offer the following refunds:

60+ days notice given (on or before 20 January 2024) – Full refund of total amount paid. US$80 cancellation fee.
Between 59 and 30 days notice given (from 20 January 2024 to 17 February 2024) – 50% of the total amount paid. US$150 cancellation fee.
Less than 30 days notice given (from 18 February 2024) – No refund available.
